Training Module: Strengthening Legal and Economic Cooperation for Civil Society _ 1st Round (June - July 2024) 2nd Round ( October - November 2024)

The ALF Hands On program, organized by YRCI Albania, was a comprehensive training initiative that spanned from June 19 to July 12, 2024. The program consisted of nine 2-hour sessions designed to equip participants with a deep understanding of intercultural education. Each session focused on a different aspect of intercultural learning, blending theoretical frameworks with practical applications and collaborative activities. The program aimed to engage participants through interactive learning methods, fostering cross-cultural exchanges and enhancing participants' ability to collaborate across borders.

Main Focus Areas:
1. Role of Cultural Understanding: The program emphasized the significance of cultural dynamics in shaping legal and economic cooperation among civil society organizations. Participants explored how cultural awareness is crucial in facilitating effective and meaningful collaboration.

2. Frameworks for Collaboration: Participants were introduced to various frameworks and models for initiating and sustaining cross-border collaborative initiatives within civil society. These sessions provided insights into best practices for fostering long-term partnerships.

3. Funding Opportunities: The program offered guidance on identifying sources and strategies for securing funding to support international cooperation projects. Participants learned how to navigate the complexities of funding opportunities and develop successful grant applications.
