As Executive Director, Dr. Gremi provides extensive leadership experience spanning finance, academia, and project management. She has consulted organizations across industries for over 7 years. Leveraging her expertise, Dr. Gremi has participated in numerous scientific initiatives including: directing international working groups, contributing to research projects, guiding conferences as a scientific committee member, supporting academic journals, and authoring many scholarly publications. Her cross-disciplinary knowledge and impressive record of research and advisory participation denote strong leadership abilities.
Ms. Dorina Zhuka

Legal expert with a focus on youth and human rights.
Ms. Zhuka possesses multifaceted legal and advocacy experience focused on furthering youth and human rights. Currently, she leverages her expertise in law, aviation, and activism to lead the Board. Previously, Ms. Zhuka has practiced law with prestigious firms and the Ombudsman office, led aviation teams, and championed initiatives empowering women and marginalized groups. She has demonstrated success organizing complex initiatives, conducting diligent research, drafting policies/legal documents, and communicating across backgrounds. Ms. Zhuka also co-authors academic works. Her blend of legal knowledge and commitment to social justice issues brings invaluable perspective.
Mr. Agim Gremi

With a decade actively advancing human rights and youth development, Mr. Gremi contributes extensive grassroots activism experience. He has spearheaded campaigns from the local level up to representing Albania internationally at the United Nations. Currently, Mr. Gremi strives to cultivate emerging leaders and shape a more conscious, engaged society. His hands-on participation within networks like Save the Children and dedication to elevating young people position him as a skilled advocate focused on community impact
